To celebrate the nation’s birthday, we have created our interpretations of local favourites across the group! For the month of August, we have adapted a local favourite onto our sourdough base – Chilli Crab Pizza! The pizza is smeared with a layer of spicy tomato sauce and topped with crab meat, bocconcini, brioche croutons, garlic pesto, spring onion and coriander. Flavours are further elevated with sprinkles of chilli flakes, a drizzle of chilli oil and finished off with a serve of fried egg!
