Dividing his time between Singapore, the UK, New Zealand, the Middle East, Malaysia and Philippines, Dean has a unique overview of world trends in baking, and the very best of food tastes and flavours, both new and traditional.
As well as the international Baker & Cook chain, Singapore’s Mo & Jo Sourdough Burgers, Dean has bakery interests in London, Hangzhou, and New Zealand.
